Light steel framing has become an attractive alternative to other forms of conventional building due to its high degree of flexibility, rapid pace of installation, and high level of performance. In addition it does not have the limitations which have been imposed on wood structures due to its incombustible nature. Light steel framing consist primarily of pre-fabricated load bearing wall panels on which multiple flooring system will bear on depending on the span and architectural limitations. LSF has become the optimal building solution for low to mid-rise residential buildings.
